Shipping policy

The kombucha we offer are fresh products, not pasteurized and not filtered, they must be kept in a cool place between 1°c and 5°c. The following delivery methods are carried out in respect of the cold chain with our partners Olvo (cooperative of cyclo-logistics) and Chronofresh.

MODES OF DELIVERY

3 options according to your delivery address:

Greater Paris bicycle delivery with Olvo:

3 delivery days per week, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays with 5 slots per day, 8am/11am, 11am/14pm, 2pm/17pm, 5pm/20pm. The Grand Paris delivery zone covers the following postal codes:

The delivery of Grand Paris is done with a hand delivery of your order, it is therefore imperative that you are present on the days and at the time selected in your order. The day of the delivery your deliveryman will send you a sms 20min before arrival, to the phone number you gave when you ordered. In case of absence, we will unfortunately be obliged to invoice you for a new delivery.

France delivery with Chronofresh :

Deliveries outside the Greater Paris area are made in partnership with Chronofresh under controlled temperature on Wednesday and Saturdays in the morning between 8am and 1pm. If you wish to be delivered another day, it is possible, thank you to indicate it at the time of your order. In case of absence it will be possible to plan a new delivery. The delivery with our partner Chronofresh is done by hand, it is therefore imperative that you are present to receive your order.

Pick up at the workshop: 

You can pick up your order directly at the workshop from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm at 56 rue de l'évangile 75018. You will receive a telephone number to contact to facilitate your pick-up when you confirm your order.
